General
The concept of the scanmaster is well known with light jockeys, starting DJs or others who own DMX-controlled lighting. This device has been copied by many brands, making it unclear who came up with it first. Showtec has designed this scanmaster in order to make it as user-friendly as possible. It makes it easier for you to treat your audience to a creative lighting show.
The main advantage of this controller is that you can patch the channels. There will be no need for you to adjust the dimmer of every scanner, just patch the channels to one channel and you will able to set the dimmer for all scanners. Drive-in shows will benefit especially from this function, as these require very little dimmer use.
Of course, this version of the scanmaster also has all the advantages of the normal version, such as: simple programming, various chases and the option of manual control during live performances.

Ik had eerst 8 pars aangesloten, maar je kunt zulke mooie dingen doen met deze controller dat ik er nog 4 bij heb gekocht. En ik ga ook zeker voor een Gobo (al heb ik die niet nodig, maar je kunt zo'n ding ook prachtig aansturen met deze controller).
Dus niet alleen een zeer complete, makkelijk te bedienen en goedkope controller voor mijn galerie, maar ook nog eens een heerlijk hebbedingetje om mee te spelen !

dit is wat je van een controller mag verwachten, niks ingewikkeld gewoon aansluiten en dmx adresjes invoeren en hoppa gaan.
mocht je beginner zijn met dmx is dit een geweldige uitkomst, wel raad ik aan even wat te lezen over dmx en hoe te programmeren.

- geen nederlandse handleiding ( maar dat overleef je wel )

Voor het simpel aansturen van dmx kanalen is dit een topproduct!
Pluspunten:
- Lekker licht, makkelijk mee te nemen;
- Simpel aan te sluiten;
- Stevige faders;
- Past makkelijk in een flightcase;
Minputen:
- Bepaalde functies zijn lastig in te stellen, handleiding vereist;
- Onthoud niet de instelling wanneer een fixture wordt uitgeschakeld;
- Voedingskabels zijn aan de korte kant, erg onhandig in de praktijk;
Prijs / kwaliteitsverhouding is echt super!
Verder ben ik zeer tevreden over de scanmaster 8/2.

Superpaneel, Wij gebruiken hem voor onze DriveInnShow,
Knoppen werken goed en voelen goed aan, Het is even wennen voor de leek om hem te programmeren maar al deze panelen hebben bijna de zelfde gebruiks bediening en programmering.
Wij gebruiken hem in combinatie met:
- 2x ADJ Color burst 8 DMX Led Lichteffect
- 2x TDC Triple 3 claw fish Led Lichteffect
- 1x TDC 33 DMX Led Lichteffect
- 1x Stroboscoop via Jackplug aansluiting
En hiermee zetten wij een hele mooie lichtshow neer op onze party's

* Hij onthoud de programma's ook zonder stroom dus je hoeft hem niet iedere keer te programmeren!
* Goeie voelbare knoppen

* Kan er geen rookmachine voor vinden! Deze moet je er ook mee kunnen aansturen.
