Hercules' DJControl Instinct Party Pack is perfect for DJs who are just starting out. The pack consists of the DJControl Instinct S Controller, DJ software and the LED Party Light USB. Connect the controller to your laptop to get the music started and add the psychedelic light effects via the USB cable to take your party to the next level.

Hercules DJControl Instinct S: perfect for learning the art of DJing

The Hercules DJControl Instinct S is a controller with two mix decks. It has a brushed aluminium housing and touch-sensitive jog wheels that give it a cool look. The jog wheels are stable and have a good grip, making them excellent for scratching and mixing. They're illuminated with blue LEDs too, which enables you to use them in darker environments. There's a headphone socket on the front with a mini jack input so that you can set up your next track, and on the rear, you'll find RCA and mini jack outputs for connecting the controller to a set of speakers.

DJ software

This party pack also comes with DJUCED 18° DJ software that makes it easy to learn to mix. You can even save your favourite mixes as audio files and share them with your friends, fellow DJs or family members. A USB cable is included so that you can connect the controller to your laptop and get the party started right away.

Native Instruments' Traktor Now Fully Supported by OS X El Capitan

Native Instruments has announced that Traktor and all related software and hardware are now fully supported by Apple's latest operating system, OS X 10.11.1 El Capitan. Please note, however, that the Traktor 2.10.0 installer is still dependent on the latest drivers. When you install Traktor 2.10.0, this means you'll have to download the latest drivers in order to get it to function properly. To do so, visit the NI Service Center, click 'Update' and then 'Show Details' in the 'Driver and Patch Downloads' section.
