Hercules' P8 Party Pack is designed for DJs who are just starting out and want to make their party unforgettable. The pack consists of the DJControl Instinct P8 DJ controller, DJ software and eight wristbands with LED lights that pulse to the sound of the music! The wristbands feature sixteen different colours and are a great way to add a unique element to your performance.

Hercules DJControl Instinct P8 Party Pack: get the party started!

The DJControl Instinct P8 DJ controller offers DJs a large number of possibilities when it comes to mixing. There are two decks that each have four sample pads as well as their own sync, cue and play/pause controls. The controller also features a loop mode and 3-band EQ on each channel. In the middle of the unit is a control knob that lets you scroll through your music library quickly and easily while you're playing. Thanks to the integrated sound card, you'll find RCA outputs on the rear of the unit for sending your mix to a sound system as well as a USB connector so that you can connect your laptop. On the side of the unit, there's a socket for connecting a set of headphones.

Make your mix unique

One of the hallmarks of being a great DJ is having your own unique sound. Use the included DJUCED 40° DJ software in conjunction with the eight pads on the P8 to put a personal stamp on your sound using samples. The pads react quickly and accurately to your touch. The controller is also compatible with Traktor software after you've downloaded the mapping file from the Hercules website. All in all, you have plenty of possibilities to get your DJ career off to a flying start!

Native Instruments' Traktor Now Fully Supported by OS X El Capitan

Native Instruments has announced that Traktor and all related software and hardware are now fully supported by Apple's latest operating system, OS X 10.11.1 El Capitan. Please note, however, that the Traktor 2.10.0 installer is still dependent on the latest drivers. When you install Traktor 2.10.0, this means you'll have to download the latest drivers in order to get it to function properly. To do so, visit the NI Service Center, click 'Update' and then 'Show Details' in the 'Driver and Patch Downloads' section.
