General

The Tech 21 Liverpool V2 from the SansAmp Character series is an effects pedal that simulates the style of a British amp. It produces sounds that will be familiar to fans of bands like The Beatles and Queen, who have both influenced many guitarists. The diverse tones produced by a well-known amp brand with a diamond grille can now be found in this pedal. So, if you're looking for a '60's-style jangle, a top-boost tone, or an over-the-top lead tone, you'll find it all here.

The Tech 21 SansAmp Character series

Each pedal in the Tech 21 Character series imitates the style of well-known guitar amplifiers. And, just like a guitar amp, each pedal has Level and Drive controls. Less traditional is the active tone control that gives you a wide range of sounds. The most striking feature is the character knob that changes the tonal possibilities. As well as modifying the frequency response, it also influences the attack and drive.
