Electro Harmonix have somehow managed to squeeze the full force of the original Metal Muff into a more pedalboard-friendly housing. Straight out of New York, this is the Nano Metal Muff. This edition has not only been trimmed right down, but loaded with a helpful noise-gate that ensures hum-free performance and complete, clean silence between chords and notes. The gate intensity is tweaked to taste via a simple, single pot, and besides the standard-issue controls for the distortion and effect level, this wee pedal provides a set of three EQ controls for the treble, mid, and bass. Each pot delivers its own custom boost or cut level, unleashing a surprisingly flexible range of thick and beefy, shred-worthy tone.

Ik was op zoek naar een metal pedaal voor mijn Telecaster met enkelspoels elementen. Bingo! Wat een vette sound, heerlijk scheuren met dit pedaal! De EQ is erg handig om een goede sound in te regelen en nog handiger is de noise gate, om die vervelende brom van single coils te killen. Heerlijk pedaal waar ik nog lang van ga genieten!

Chouette pédale.
Le son est bon, les potards sont précis, la qualité de fabrication semble très bonne.
Je l'utilise seule ou avec un tube screamer et j'obtiens des sons très qualitatifs.
Je suis content de mon achat et contant de bax shop depuis des années déjà....

(Ook) in combinatie met (bass)synths een leuke fuzz/distortion. Degelijk gebouwd en fijne knoppen.

Verwacht geen hi-end uiteraard, maar de noise gate is wel een fijne toevoeging. Daarnaast een aantal EQ knoppen om je sound naar smaak smerig te maken.

Leuke, niet te dure toevoeging in mijn EFX rijtje.

Levering door Bax / DHL was okee, alleen wel een grote doos voor 2 pedals zonder extra opvulling ..

Een metal pedaal met ingebouwde noise gate, daar was ik al een tijd naar op zoek. Dit is prima, zeer goed in te stellen en zeer goed qua sound. Een aanrader voor wie van een strak geluid houdt zonder storende bijgeluiden.
