With the creation of the ST.150, Stanton has gone back in time to reconstruct a solid foundation for the perfect turntable that offers everything professional DJs need. The ST-150 features a powerful motor (4.5 kgf-cm), making it excellently suited for real spinning. Along with the powerful motor, the ST-150 has been equipped with a rugged S tone arm and a Trackmaster cartridge.
Tips or comments about this product- Please note: the Stanton ST-150 comes with a Trackmaster cartridge instead of the 680HP cartridge in the picture.

is in alle opzichten directer dan de sl 1200,duurzaamheid moet nog blijken natuurlijk....
kortom echt een aanrader!!
Hij start en stopt veel sneller dan de SL1200. Ik heb de indruk dat het plateau van de Stanton wat lichter is. Theoretisch zou de Stanton dan iets minder stabiel draaien.
Je kunt zelf instellen hoe snel hij start en stopt.
Het nut van de motorknop ontgaat mij volledig.Bij de Technics heeft die knop de functie van aan- en uitschakelaar, maar die zit bij de Stanton achterop.
Ik heb er meteen een Concorde Pro element bij besteld.
In combinatie met een hif-naald (Ortofon Concorde Arkiv) en een goede Hifi-installatie is het ook een uitstekende Hifi-draaitafel, met een mooi rustig en gedetailleerd stereobeeld.

Kortom, nog geen seconde spijt gehad van deze aankoop. Ik heb ook nog naar tweedehands SL1200-s gekeken, maar daar mankeert toch wel heel vaak wat aan.
Alleen zoek je bij het begin even naar de aan en uit schakelaar.
Tevens hangt de motor in stugge rubbers. De bezorger vroeg zich in godsnaam af wat erin zat, terwijl hij niet in een doos zat, maar vooruit :een pickup....hehe
Nou mag ik toch niet tillen maar hij is wel jezus zwaar. Die synq zijn zwaar dacht ik. En het element welke ze erbij leveren is nieteens wanhopig slecht. de 680.v3....en er is gewoon een rechte arm met wat geknutzel op te zetten , aangezien het om om het scratchen. gaat bij me
En ik zie deze tafel overal voor 500euro te koop.........gr richard
De draaitafels hebben geen overbodige functies, alleen de dingen die nodig zijn, waardoor de draaitafels ook overzichtelijk blijven.
De dikke plaat metaal aan de bovenkant van de behuizing vind ik een beetje zinloos, maar het geeft uiteraard wel een extra degelijke indruk.
Kortom, degelijk door de eenvoud, dus wel effectief.
Zo juist besteld...en kheb'r hoge verwachtingen bij! Soon'n update van mijn bevindingen ;P !
