If you're looking for a solid DJ turntable, the Audio Technica AT-LP140X Direct Drive would be a most excellent choice. With its high torque and anti-resonance characteristics, the AT-LP140X is a top contender in its segment. Play your records with different speed settings (33 1/3, 45 or 78 RPM) while you play around with the different pitch variation settings (+8%, +16%, +24%). This turn table does what it does best and has been equipped with all the standard functions one may expect: a start/stop button, an accurate quartz-controlled pitch lock, stylus illumination and a stroboscope. Add to that the advantage of removable cables and the fact this Audio Technica comes complete with a dust cover, AT-HS6 headshell and the impressive AT-XP3 cartridge and you're guaranteed to set the tone. (This is the black edition.)

Voor zover ik hem gebruikt heb nog geen negatieve punten. Ik raad ook vooral aan om reviews op te zoeken (door audiokenners) en dan zal je meteen zien dat men zeer positief is, voor dit bedrag kan je niet beter bediend zijn.
Deze direct drive is zoveel beter dan zijn voorganger, super snelle en krachtige start.
Super mooi en duurzaam gebouwd, ben er zo enorm blij mee!!!
En als er iemand kritisch is, dan ben ik dat wel ;-)
