Thanks to a mass of options, a bank of high-quality sounds and the full range of a set of eighty-eight Graded Hammer Standard keys, all wrapped up in a slimline box, the Yamaha P-125A has been kitted out for both beginner and experienced pianists. This sleek digital piano will take up far less space in the living room than a standard acoustic upright piano, is probably more affordable, and does even more. In fact, this advanced model can even be coupled with the compatible stand and pedal unit to complete a full and realistic acoustic-piano-style feel.
The Sound of the Yamaha P125A
Since this piano has been developed by Yamaha, when it comes to the sound, you're assured of excellent quality. So here, the concert grade Yamaha CF III grand piano is placed at your fingertips, and every note reproduced to a lushly professional standard via the built-in speaker system. And, while the P125A hasn't been overloaded with sounds, the default grand piano sound is accompanied by a comprehensive bank of different instruments as well as rhythms.
Pure Potential
As a nice addition to support piano lessons, Dual mode can be engaged to split the keyboard in two, applying the same note range and sound to each side so teachers can guide their students. In Split mode, players are able to play one instrument with their right hand and a different instrument with their left, while built-in effects including reverb and Yamaha's own Intelligent Acoustic Control further enhance the experience, and features such as Resonance and Sound Boost can be tweaked to customise the sound to taste. More teaching tools, settings and options can also be accessed when the piano is coupled with the Smart Pianist app for iOS and Android, expanding the scope of this piano even further beyond the average.

* Yamaha P125A: mooie klassieke uitstraling/ gewicht is goed handelbaar en mee te nemen, liefst wel met 2 pakken vanwege de grote van de piano / De toetsen vind ik echt super, goede stevige aanslag/ er zitten niet veel verschillende klanken in maar dat wisten we op voorhand en de klanken die erin zitten zijn echt goed en meer hebben we niet nodig.
Dus op basis van deze punten zeker 5 sterren plus waard
