General

Yamaha's white CLP-625WH Clavinova is a high-quality digital piano with excellent sound properties. The brand utilised all their expertise to give this instrument an authentic playing feel. They also gave it a very realistic sound by including samples from Yamaha's own CFX grand piano as well as the world-famous Bösendorfer Imperial. This digital piano doesn't take up much space and is easy to reposition. You can even practise in silence using the jack output, or connect a second set of headphones!

A lot goes into making a digital instrument play and feel like an acoustic one. The 88 hammer-action keys on the CLP-625WH Clavinova are velocity sensitive, but Yamaha also designed them to react the same way authentic piano keys would. The attack and release of the keys and the feel of the pedals are all important factors that need to feel just right. Compared to its predecessor, the CLP-625WH Clavinova is a great improvement. It features speakers that deliver excellent sound and even provide enough volume to be used in a small musical ensemble.

Other options

This digital piano also has the option for two-track recording which is handy for recording chords or bass parts and then improvising along to them later. You can even plug the CLP-625WH into your computer via USB. With the right software, you can turn your practice sessions into great-sounding tracks!
