General

If you're looking for a digital piano, you have plenty of models to choose from. Options range from reasonably affordable to stunningly expensive, which is great is you have a large budget to spend. With the Privia PX-360, however, Casio proves that a decent digital piano doesn't necessarily have to be that expensive. The PX-360 can be described as a keyboard/stage piano hybrid, and does not come with a stand. That means you can easily put it away if you're not using it for a while - although we can hardly imagine you'd want to.

Characteristics of the Casio Privia PX-360

The Privia PX-360 is a user-friendly instrument with many attractive features. It boasts a polyphony of 128 voices, so you'll never have to worry about dropping any notes. Naturally, this Privia has an outstanding piano tone, complete with damper resonance for an authentic effect. In total, however, you have no fewer than 550 different sounds to choose from, as well as 200 rhythms. From pop to more obscure music, you'll be able to play any song you like.

Other features

Casio's PX-360 offers plenty of additional great features, including a 16-track MIDI recorder, an audio recorder and even a rhythm editor. You won't find any of these on many other digital pianos! What instantly catches your eye, though, is this Privia's 5.3-inch colour touch display. Not only does it look great, it makes controlling the digital piano incredibly easy. The Casio PX-360 is easily connected to your computer, which means you can use it alongside your sequencer software. We have a feeling you won't tire of this model anytime soon...

Casio PX-360 digital piano
Wrote the following about Casio PX-360 digital piano

Thanks to their wooden housing, digital pianos usually blend in nicely with the rest of your furniture. Keyboards, on the other hand, tend to stick out a bit more. With their DGX series, Yamaha provides the perfect middle ground. These instruments have the same options as a keyboard, but their housing (with stand) ensures they don't stand out too much in your living room. The newest additions to the DGX family are the DGX-660 and the DGX-660WH.
