Besides even better sound, the Privia PX-S1100 offers optimised internal speakers, updated Bluetooth technology and the superior feel of Smart Scaled Hammer Action keys, making it a more than solid choice for beginners and veteran keyboardists alike. Not only that, the keys have an ebony and ivory texture that inspires confidence, while the backlit touch-sensor controls exude a matching sense of elegance and finish a tight top control panel.

Pure Piano Sounds Evolved

The PX-S1100 is home to 18 piano sounds, each of which comes with ultra-realistic damper emulations and enhanced string resonance to ensure natural, grand-like sound and an authentic playing experience. Listen carefully, and you'll even hear a subtle mechanical sound when lightly pressing and releasing the keys. The hammer action response and the key-off simulations are just as spot-on, further enriching the playing experience while the new built-in sounds (organs, strings, vibraphones, harpsichords and more) allow you to play much more than a piano alone. To finish, the Casio Privia PX-S1100 comes complete with a handy WU-BT10 Bluetooth and MIDI dongle so it can be connected to external gear for music playback via the built-in speakers without the need for additional cables.

Eerste keyboard dat ik heb aangeschaft en ben tot nu toe zeer tevreden. Speelt makkelijk met zeer fijne toesten en klinkt geweldig! Speakers zijn echt goed, maar het is zeker ook fijn dat je makkelijk je headphones kan koppelen (zeker als beginner 😛). Waar je je wel bewust van moet zijn is dat je hier zaken instelt ofwel via de toetsen of via een app. Niet zo intuïtief, maar voor mij is dit geen grote zorg.

Prachtig instrument.
Na een poos een keyboard gebruikt te hebben voor pianolessen, heb ik besloten een digitale piano aan te schaffen. Hiervoor allerlei reviews bekeken op Youtube, waarbij mijn keuze op deze piano is gevallen.
De klank is mooi en de toetsen voelen nagenoeg gelijk als een akoestische piano.
