General

The highly professional DP48 Personal Monitor Mixer from Midas offers tight control over 48 channels for two musicians or performers to customise their monitor mix in incredible detail or even record to a 32GB SD card. This magic little box is made for writing and rehearsing sessions as well as live shows. Backed up by a comfortably intuitive interface, a clear overview is offered so that the perfect mix can be dialed in as you play. Using a CAT5e ethercon cable, the Midas DP48 can be connected to an AES50 device to open up audio-over-ethernet options able to send over a distance of up to 100 metres with extremely low latency.

The Midas DP48: Personal Mixing Redefined

The Midas DP48 provides performers with the full and personal power to make quick, balanced mixes via 12 stereo groups. All 48 channels can be mixed within these 12 groups for every possible monitor setup. A maximum of two performers per unit get their very own mix, complete with their own EQ, Reverb Level and Limiter settings and, if you feel a little too isolated when using a set of in-ear monitors, the Midas DP48 even comes with an integrated microphone that records the ambience of the room and feeds it back to the artist. This smart mic is supported by a ducking function that ensures the mix remains crystal clear.
