General
This budget package consists of the Behringer X32 and a set of Sennheiser HD 25-1 II headphones. The Behringer X32 is a digital mixer with an excellent price/quality ratio - it has turned the world of digital mixers upside down! This mixer is reliable, powerful, logical in its setup and it provides an astounding sound. During the design phase, the expertise and parts of Midas and Klark Technik have been called upon. You will quickly realise that the mixer is easy to use and it is excellently suited for use in studio as well as live surroundings, as all the functions are directly accessible.
Technical specs of the X32
The X32 is equipped with 32 microphone inputs with high-quality and programmable preamps by Midas. You can also use the optional S16 digital snake that you can use to operate 16 preamps via a single Ethernet cable. Every channels is provided with an extensive channel strip that you can easily control via the seventeen illuminated buttons and thirteen rotary knobs with LED rings. There is even a virtual effects rack built into the mixer, which provides you with access to eight stereo, multi-effect processors (sixteen mono).
Sennheiser HD 25-1 II
Besides the Behringer X32, the bundle consists of a Sennheiser HD 25-1 II, a popular and high-quality set of headphones. The on-ear headphones produce a highly detailed and dynamic sound, seal your ears off very well and can handle high volumes, making it universally applicable. It is used in many a studio and by DJs, drummers and sound technicians all over the world! The HD 25-1 II are equipped with one straight cable with a length of 1.5 metres.

Regelmatig updates door Behringer (helaas moesten we laatste wel de tafel opnieuw instellen, maar we hadden zelf de backup niet goed gemaakt) die steeds weer verbeteringen meebrengen.
Ideaal met de scribble scripts en heel flexibel in te stellen.
Geluid is perfect en we gebruiken hem met een digitale snake zodat we geen dikke kabel meer naar 'front of house' hoeven te leggen.
Onze technici hebben geen klagen (meer) sinds deze aanschaf. De Android app werkt perfect en is heel handig om samen te werken (de één aan de tafel en de ander met de tablet).
Overigens hebben de muzikanten ook geen klagen meer door het zelf kunnen regelen van de monitor kanalen via de app.
Met 16 uitgangen (8 stereo bussen) hebben we meer dan voldoende voor de monitoren.
We gebruiken hem ook om via USB sporen op te nemen. Dat werkt heel prettig met (bijv.) Reaper.
Al met al een heel goede investering waar we nog veel plezier van gaan hebben.
Hem ingesteld krijgen als DAW controller is een beetje tricky, maar niets dat niet opgelost kan worden.
De mogelijkheden zijn eindeloos en hopelijk overtreft Behringer zichzelf op het gebied van de levensduur.
Op basis van de mogelijkheden vijf sterren.
Een minpunt: de display is nogal klein en geen touchscreen, vooral voor de EQ niet echt handig.
