General
This bundle equips your studio with a high-quality digital mixer and an extensive personal monitoring system. Not only is this a great package for the studio, but this setup is also an excellent choice for smaller live situations. The digital mixer featured in this set is the Behringer X32 Producer, which is a 32-channel rack-mountable mixer with a built-in MIDI controller and a 32x32 I/O USB interface. It's equipped with 16 high-end programmable microphone preamplifiers by Midas, and has the same kind of power as its big brother, the Behringer X32. This comprehensive mixer is quick and easy to control, and you'll be amazed by the sound quality.
X32 Producer: versatile mixer
There are a number of different ways to record with the Behringer X32 Producer. Via the built-in interface, you can record and play up to 32 channels simultaneously, but you could also choose to record everything to a USB stick. Should you find that 16 inputs aren't enough, you can double the number with the optional Behringer S16 digital snake. Furthermore, each channel has an extensive channel strip that is controlled via the clearly lit buttons and encoders. Additionally, the Behringer X32 Producer puts no fewer than eight stereo multi-effects (16 mono) including simulations of famous devices at your disposal. A 5-inch colour screen offers you oversight of all of the settings, and has a number of different menus.
Powerplay P16: personal monitor system
The Behringer X32 Producer is equipped with an Ultranet connector, to which you can connect the Powerplay P16 personal monitoring system. You'll find four Powerplay P16-M personal monitor mixers with mounting brackets in this bundle, along with a Powerplay P16-D distribution hub and the requisite cables. Such a system gives the musicians the freedom to adjust their own mixes, leaving the sound tech free to focus on the main mix. The monitor mixers feature EQ, panning and volume per channel, along with a master volume and master limiter, all of which are easy as pie to adjust.
