With the affordable DJ Control Instinct, Hercules released a digital DJ controller for beginners at an excellent price to quality ratio! If you want to get to know the art of DJing, this MIDI controller might be the perfect choice. Especially because it comes pre-installed with DJUCED software and because this bundle includes the Hercules HDP DJ-Adv G401 headphones. These headphones guarantee volume, sound quality and comfort.
Concept of the de DJ Control Instinct
The DJ Control Instinct is entirely made to serve modern DJs - its touch-sensitive jog wheels allow you to work accurately and smoothly. Each deck has a section of four buttons which you can use for hot cues, samples, effects or loops. With this advanced option, you can make incredibly creative mixes! Instead of a physical pitch fader, there's a special construction for correcting the pitch - this saves a lot of room. The mixer section features two channels, each with a 3-band EQ, headphone volume control, CUE button, load buttons for deck A and B, navigation controls for your music database, and a smooth fader. The middle features a crossfader.
HDP DJ-Adv G401: meets all DJ requirements
The headphones can be adjusted to the size of your head and feature large, soft ear pads. You won't be bothered by the cable, as it's placed on the side of the headphones. The ear pads can be rotated in different ways, allowing for single-sided use or for folding into a compact package. These headphones are also perfect for use in the studio. Their wide frequency range even makes sure you get the lowest bass tones come out as tight as possible. The large earpieces won't let out any sound, so that you can crank up the volume without disturbing others. These headphones are highly versatile, and come at a very friendly price.

De bijgeleverde DJUCED software loopt inderdaad wel eens vast. Soms is dit onhandig, maar ik zeg altijd maar dat t erbij hoort. Top product voor deze prijs!
Alle functies op het bord werken naar behoren, deze controller is lekker compact, en dat maakt hem makkelijk voor vervoer, een fraai design, plug & play, ideaal.
De software die er bij zit werkt ook prima en dit is zeker een aanrader voor begginenden DJ's.
Ik heb hem zelf nu al bijna een jaar en ik ga binnenkort een nieuwe kopen want dat is wel een -punt: je bent hem snel zat. er zit niet heel veel specials aan een de pitch is geen schuif maar gewoon een knop.
maar voor de rest is het een goede mixer.
Als eerste wil ik Bax-shop bedanken voor de geweldige service. Deze koptelefoon had ik namelijk al meer dan een jaar in bezit. Maar door een fabricage fout in het schuifsysteem om het formaat in te stellen brak deze af. Het was geen probleem om deze koptelefoon terug te sturen. Na drie weken wilden ze mij niet langer laten wachten en hebben ze gewoon een nieuwe gestuurd!! Die service is zeldzaam.
Nu over de koptelefoon zelf.
Deze is van hele mooie kwaliteit. De ronde oorschelpen zorgen voor een fijn draagcomfort. En de lage tonen zijn heel mooi aanwezig. Doordat de omgevingsgeluiden een groot deel worden weggefilterd is deze koptelefoon ook zeer goed voor Het DJ werk.
Enige minpuntjes zijn wel dat het plastic erg kraakt bij het op en af doen. En het snoer is niet gekruld.
Kortom geweldig product en super service.

Hij is compact, coole design en niet duur.
Voor een beginner DJ is het zeker je geld waard.
Dus als starter is het een good begin,
Ik ben nu overgestapt naar de DDJ-SB van Pioneer omdat die meer mogelijkheden heeft en persoonlijk vind ik hem veel fijner voelen (jogwheels etc.)
+ punten van de Instinct:
- hij is compact
- voor de beginnende DJ is hij perfect
- niet duur
- punten:
- crossfader is erg gevoelig
- je bent er al gauw na een tijdje op uitgekeken
