General
This passive DI box is the ideal stage companion in the studio, or any place that you need turn an unbalanced signal into a balanced signal. It works without batteries, without power, and without phantom power, so it can always be used.
Furthermore, it is also equipped with a ground lift, whereby annoying humming caused by ground loop currents can be resolved. This makes the DI400P an incredibly versatile device!

Kabeltjes inpluggen en de PA krijgt een gebalanceerd signaal van mij.
Ik gebruik deze in combinatie met een Studio Logic compact 2 keyboard.
Deze DI 400P gebruik ik om mijn Basgitaar te kunnen aansluiten aan de mixer. Dit werkt perfect!! Je krijgt er mooi geluid door en het is een mooi apparaatje. Wanneer je niet zo veel geld hebt maar wel een DI Box nodig hebt zou ik deze nemen. Een goed product voor deze prijs!
Het geluid is goed, en het is een mooi klein, onopvallend kastje.
Het enige nadeel is dat zodra ik de kabel perongeluk iets aanraak, het signaal een beetje gaat ruisen.
Dit is altijd opgelost zodra ik de schakelaar even indruk en weer terug zet.
Maar zeker niets te klagen, zeker niet voor deze prijs / kwaliteits verhouding.
