General

The DW Drums boom cymbal stand from the brand's 3000 series is very lightweight, making it ideal if you gig regularly. It has three double-braced legs, ensuring a stable base that is suitable for large cymbals too. The tilter is gearless, which means you can always adjust it to exactly the right angle. Thanks to an extendible boom arm, this stand is particularly suitable for ride and crash cymbals. What's more, you can slide the arm into the stand vertically if you want to position your cymbal directly above it.

Wrote the following about DW Drums 3700 boom cymbal stand

Zeer stevige maar nog best lichte cymbaalarm. Doet zijn job goed (getest tot 24 inch ride zonder problemen).

Voor deze prijs zijn functies zoals de traploze tilter (met verstelbare hendel, zeer handig als je meerdere cymbalen vlak bij elkaar hebt staan) en de memory locks een mooie toevoeging.
De arm is niet super lang dus als je je bekkens echt hoog/ver wilt is dit niet ideaal maar de beperkte lengte garandeert stabiliteit (in de meeste gevallen zelfs zonder de poten volledig te spreiden) en is voor de meeste drummers zeker voldoende.
