This is a complete cymbal set by the world's largest and most famous cymbal manufacturer. The S Family Performer set consists of four cymbals (five if you count the hi-hat cymbals separately) and is aimed at all-round drummers. Zildjian has been around for almost 400 years, which means it's one of the oldest companies in the world. As such, they've got quite the reputation to uphold—a feat that they manage to pull of time and time again! This pack offers you four top-quality cymbals at a remarkably friendly price and is great for beginners and advanced players alike!
Zildjian S Family Performer Cymbal Set
As mentioned before, this set consists of four cymbals. The S Mastersound hi-hats have a 14-inch diameter and a well-pronounced, bright sound. When half-opened, they can produce quite the volume. Furthermore, the two S medium-thin crashes—respectively 16 and 18 inches in diameter—are a great match for the hi-hat's timbre, and provide a relatively lengthy sustain that is never too overpowering. Stick definition is also top-notch, which is especially noticeable with the 20-inch S medium ride. Finally, the S Family cymbals have a brilliant finish, and overall, they produce a beautifully bright sound with plenty of volume!
