If you're a versatile drummer looking to expand your set, then the 25005MXB AA metal performance cymbal set was made for you. Instead of just making the AA set thicker, Sabian found a different way to strengthen the Metal X set to give you a more energetic sound than the AA set, with more detail too.

Contents of the 25005MXB AA metal set

This set consists of the 14-inch Metal X hats, 16-inch Metal X crash and the 20-inch Metal X ride. Thanks to the sturdier Metal-X performance finish, you can really give it your all during performances! At the same time, Sabian was sure to keep the cymbals thin enough to get great sustain, and they also have their experts attune all of the cymbals in a set to one another so you can enjoy a harmonious whole.

High-grade B20 alloy

Sabian used B20 alloy consisting of 20% tin and 80% copper to construct the cymbals and give them the best playing characteristics. The materials also went through a secret process involving 75 tons of pressure, so you get rugged cymbals that won't wear down or lose their shape. With this set you can absolutely expect the very best quality.

Sabian is adding no fewer than 25 new cymbals to its range of products for the coming year.
