General

When Paiste cymbals leave the factory, they receive a special coating to prevent them from rusting. However, regular use and cleaning the cymbals can affect this coating. To prevent your cymbals from showing green, red or brown discolouration, you can apply the Paiste Cymbal Protector. Simply rub it on with a soft dry cloth and your cymbals are protected once again.

Please note: Paiste recommends first cleaning your cymbals before applying the Cymbal Protector, preferably with the Paiste Cymbal Cleaner.

Protector gekocht met de cymbal cleaner.
Het resultaat mag er zeker zijn.
Alles lijkt goed te werken, en ziet er weer uit als nieuw!

De eerste keer dat ik dit product gebruikte was in combinatie met de Paiste cymbal cleaner. Eerst de bekkens daarmee gereinigd en vervolgens geconserveerd met de protector. Gevoelsmatig komt er een flinterdun beschermlaagje over die lucht oxidatie schijnt te voorkomen. Kwestie van afwachten, maar de verwachting ligt hoog. Tot nu toe zeer tevreden.
