The Raw Bell Crash from Sabian's AA series has a gorgeous, traditional, rich and intense sound. It has a warm low-end, and bright, open highs allow it to easily cut through the mix. This musical crash has an 18-inch diameter and is relatively thin. Nonetheless, it is very robust and can take quite a beating.

And because of that, every year they take a few prototypes on a trip around the US and Europe and post sound clips and videos of the cymbals played by famous drummers on their website, so that drummers from all over the world can check them out and vote for the ones they like best.
