The upgraded Paiste PST5 16-inch Rock Crash allows for great punctuating accents. Paiste introduced the upgraded PST5 series at the 2014 Musikmesse,which was about time, as the PST5 cymbals have remained consistently popular ever since their debut in 2005. These upgraded cymbals offer a rich, energetic and bright sound. More specifically, however, the 16-inch Rock Crash allows for fantastic, punctuating accents that will even cut through the mix in loud genres. Ideal for rock drummers.

PST5 16-inch Rock Crash: heavy

This heavy cymbal offers a powerful sound that reveals a bright, energetic tone after the initial attack. With its lengthy sustain, it's clearly audible in louder styles of music. All in all, the PST5 is a heavyweight with a cutting attack, which will fit in nicely with many metal or rock bands. It's a great cymbal for both beginners and more advanced players.

Ik ben zeer tevreden van deze crash. Ik heb deze ondertussen al een tijdje. Hij klinkt nog altijd even goed!

Voordelen zijn:

Gaat lang mee.

Klinkt goed.

Goedkoop.

Nadelen:

Hij is messchien juist goed genoeg voor beginners.

Ik zou het niet aanraden voor professionele drummers, maar deze is perfect als je dit niet wil.

Het is een uitstekende crash. Ik speel er ondertussen 3 jaar mee en hij klinkt nog zoals in het begin.Er is nog geen krasje aan deze cimbaal. Ik had hem maandag besteld in dinsdag had ik hem. Uitstekende service dus! Al 5 jaar zeer content van bax! Tom site!

Twee weken geleden dit bekken gemonteerd op de drumset van mijn zoon.
Hij had al het Pst 5 medium set bekkens in gebruik omdat hij al zijn andere bekkens kapot sloeg.
Dankzij de snelle service van Bax kon hij snel aan de slag.
Geweldig bekken voor het ruigere drumwerk. Prima klank en een aanvulling op het medium werk. Ware kwaliteit voor een prima prijs.

Ik heb deze Rock crash nu ongeveer een jaar en ik ben vandaag nog net zo blij er mee als toen ik heb kocht.
Sinds mijn 15de ben ik al fan van Paiste, geïnspireerd door drummers als Nicko McBrain (Iron Maiden), Rick Allen (Def Leppard) en Lars Ulrich (Metallica).
Het geluid is gewoon super. Vol, luid genoeg en snijd lekker door de muziek heen als wij onze pop/ rock cover nummers spelen. De attack is heerlijk hard en de sustain lang. Voor 80 euro heb je een goede stevige bekken die ook nog eens heel goed klinkt.
In mijn opinie klinkt deze zelf beter dan de Zildjan 16" Rock crash.
