General

If you like playing hard, you'll need cymbals that can deliver the kind of power you want. This 18-inch heavy crash by Paiste is relatively thicker than most crashes, so it can produce a potent, full sound while still allowing you to express yourself musically. This is the result of Paiste's own CuSn8 Bronze (B8-bronze alloy) that's been hammered and aligned by hand with Swiss precision and craftsmanship. The cymbal is then given a thin, durable layer of blue coating, which makes the tone slightly drier, but increases the attack. Last but not least, this crash produces loud accents that are ideal for heavy rock genres in particular.
