General

Within their Soundcaster series, German cymbal manufacturer Meinl offers a number of high-quality cymbals for professional drummers and people who value a stable musical tone. The Soundcaster Fusion SF16TRC is a 16-inch Trash Crash cymbal with an unusual finish - the inner part has a brilliant finish, while the outer part has a traditional finish. Furthermore, the SF16TRC Trash Crash features cut-outs and laser-engraved flames.

Meinl SF16TRC

This lightweight crash has a trashy edge to its sound, offering just a bit more bite than a regular crash. Its adequate stick response is followed by a trashy, yet not too extreme sound that offers plenty of low-frequency tones, placing this Trash Crash somewhere firmly in between a regular crash and a china cymbal. When it needs to, this cymbal can be plenty aggressive, but like any good Soundcaster cymbal, it ensures that you are always in control over its sound and dynamics.
