The 16-inch Meinl Heavy Crash is part of Meinl's Mb8 series, and it's a great cymbal for beginner drummers, thanks to its excellent price-to-quality ratio. As it's quite a large, heavy cymbal, it has a loud and explosive sound, and with its open, bright tone this Heavy Crash is excellently suited for both studio and stage.

This cymbal was manufactured and shaped through a high-tech, computerised process, giving it a perfect shape and a beautifully bright sound. Furthermore, it was made of B8 bronze, ensuring that this cymbal isn't just strong and durable, but affordable as well.
