With its ancient, robust look, courtesy of the raw, unlathed finish, this extra thin Meinl B17EDTC Extra Dry Thin Crash looks like it should be in a museum. As these crashes are hand-hammered, no two cymbals will sound exactly the same. The 17-inch version offers a low-pitched sound with a subtle presence and short sustain.
