General

From Latin to heavy metal and everything in between, the cowbell might be the most versatile instrument there is. It's used to accentuate certain beats in a tempo with a musical tone. And the Tama TSC8 Sonic Cowbell is a prime example of a cowbell. This 8-inch cowbell creates a fuller, deeper sound than its 6 and 4-inch siblings from the same series. It produces a G# tone and its design ensures that you don't get any unwanted overtones.

Technical features of the Tama TSC8

The TSC8 has a slightly curved playing surface that makes sure you always have the right sound, not matter where you strike the bell. It's also equipped with a mount for 3/8-inch cowbell holders so it's easy to incorporate into your drum or percussion set-up. With the extra large wing nut, mounting or removing it is a breeze. And thanks to the robust steel eye bolt clamp you won't need to worry that the cowbell might shift when you play it quite hard.
