The inarguably sublime Jackson Audio Bloom v2 Midi stompbox doesn't just give your board the gift of studio-grade compression, but 3-band equalising for ultimate control. Determine the amount of clear yet sweet compression you want to squeeze your signal through using the Comp pot, then find the perfect balance between the dry and compressed signal using the Blend pot. The result can then be tweaked to delicious effect using the Bass, Middle, and Treble controls and enjoy the benefits of a clean and clear true bypass circuit.

The Jackson Audio Bloom V2 Midi: Boost & Bloom

What really makes the Bloom sing is, of course, the Bloom function. Normally, the Bloom pot can be used to dial in the boost amount by up to 20dBs, but can also be MIDI controlled. Set the Bloom expansion time then flip between both modes with the footswitch on the right. A quick tap activates the boost, and by holding it down, the Bloom effect is curved, so it unfolds at the set speed for a truly unique compression effect.
