General

A solid little home-practise or street-performance amplifier, the 10 Watt Vox Mini Go 10 modelling amplifier comes fully primed to support any playing style. The output of the mounted 6.5 inch speaker can be adjusted as needed, and besides coming loaded with the same stack of amplifier emulations as the Cambridge50, the Mini Go is home to a built-in '80s stack for spitting the crunching rock sound of old, and the high-gain tone of a boutique amp. An extra 6.3mm jack input for a microphone has even been fitted so any singer-songwriters are fully set up to play and sing at the same time, and that's before you even get to the built-in drum beats complete with adjustable tempo so you can back up your rehearsals or beef up your compositions. On top of all of that, this wee amp offers a tasty selection of effects, serving up the pick of chorus, phaser, tremolo, octave, analogue delay, digital delay, spring reverb, and hall reverb, so you can add some real custom flavour to your sound.

Blackstar has gone from a newcomer to an established name in a short space of time. One of their greatest assets is the Infinite Shape Feature or ISF circuit (as it's otherwise known) that they developed themselves. Mesa Boogie now introduces, alongside the Mark Five Twenty-Five, the Mark Five Thirty-Five! Mesa has continued their glorious tradition by using four EL-84 power tubes in the amplifier, contrary to the earlier Mark Five Twenty-Five, that had to manage with 'only' two. This amp, preceded by the Nomad, Mini Rectifier Twenty-Five and the Caliber, has been released onto Mesa's mini platform in a combo as well as a head version.
