IK Multimedia's iRig Nano Amp White fits in the palm of your hand and gives you access to virtually any guitar sound you can think of. On its own, it delivers 3 watts of power through a 3-inch speaker with a British sound that can be shaped using the gain and volume controls. That may be perfect for practising but what really makes this versatile micro amplifier interesting is that it can also be used to drive an external speaker cabinet! It also has a built-in iOS interface which means you can connect it to an Apple device and use an app like Amplitube to get limitless guitar sounds.
iRig Nano Amp: plenty of possibilities
By connecting the Nano Amp to an Apple device with AmpliTube and an external cabinet, you'll be able to use it as a guitar amp head and enjoy the wide range of sounds this set up will give you. The Nano amp is powered by three AA batteries and if you want to practise in silence simply connect a set of headphones. As you can tell, IK Multimedia's iRig Nano Amp Red is a highly-versatile device with a wide range of possibilities.
