Ibanez's TSA15-U tube guitar amp might be a small little thing but it produces a sound that is hard to miss. You'll be surprised and convinced by the power and high-level performance of this versatile guitar amplifier.
Ibanez TSA15-U guitar amp combo: built-in Tube Screamer
People often think of overdrive pedals when the Tube Screamer is mentioned. The Ibanez TSA15-U is a guitar amplifier equipped with a built-in Tube Screamer. This amp is ideal for creating clean tones, a fat crunch and an overdrive that you can use discreetly or at its fullest. The front panel includes a Boost Switch which allows you to increase the gain with 6 dB. With the Tone Control you have access to a clean sound and that biting crunch sound, which is often only realised with real tube amplifiers. The rear of the amp is fitted with a switch to change between a 5 and 15-watt mode. The 5-watt mode is ideal for smaller venues, practising at home or for recordings in home studios. You'll have less volume but still have that warm Tube Screamer sound!
External speaker outputs
The TSA15-U is fitted with a 12-inch Celestion Seventy80 speaker, two 6V6GT power amps and two 12AX7 preamplifiers. Just like the overdrive pedal, the Tube Screamer section of this amp also has controls for overdrive, tone and level. With a separately available foot switch you can switch between Boost and Normal and Tube Screamer on/off. The TSA15-U is also fitted with various speaker outputs, that allows for the connection of external speakers. You'll have an even fuller sound!

Blackstar has gone from a newcomer to an established name in a short space of time.
