The Hiwatt Spitfire is the entry-level guitar amp combo from the Maxwatt series, and can deliver 8 watts of power through a 5-inch speaker. It features two channels (clean and overdrive), and shared volume, bass and treble controls. If you want to practise in silence, there's a headphone output at your disposal. Finally, the Hiwatt Maxwatt Spitfire 8W 1x5 guitar amp combo is great for beginners as well as advanced players.

Blackstar has gone from a newcomer to an established name in a short space of time. One of their greatest assets is the Infinite Shape Feature or ISF circuit (as it's otherwise known) that they developed themselves. Mesa Boogie now introduces, alongside the Mark Five Twenty-Five, the Mark Five Thirty-Five! Mesa has continued their glorious tradition by using four EL-84 power tubes in the amplifier, contrary to the earlier Mark Five Twenty-Five, that had to manage with 'only' two. This amp, preceded by the Nomad, Mini Rectifier Twenty-Five and the Caliber, has been released onto Mesa's mini platform in a combo as well as a head version.
