The '65 Deluxe Reverb 'Blue Flower' amplifier combo is a limited edition from Fender's Factory Special Run. Just a few of these models are available in Europe but we've managed to get our hands on some. Beneath the '60s-looking blue patterned exterior lies a very special Deluxe Reverb guitar amplifier. It's a '65 Vintage Reissue with a foot switch included.
Fender '65 Deluxe Reverb Blue Flower: a rare reissue
This tube guitar amp combo has four 12AX7's in the preamp and two 6V6 tubes in the power amp. That's 22 watts of original 1965 Fender sound! Meanwhile, two 12AT7 tubes take care of the reverb and vibrato for the typical spatial sixties sound. What's more, this blackface-style amp has a 5AR4 rectifier tube for a silky smooth response to the attack of your guitar.
Characteristic cleans and warm overdrive
An original sixties sound is delivered by a 12-inch Jensen speaker that is suspended in a cabinet made of prime Baltic birch. This combination produces characteristic sparkling cleans and warm overdrive, sounds that are ideal for guitarists who play country, blues and rock. The output of this very special limited edition amp is suitable for clubs and medium sized gigs. Finally, it's not just the sound of this amp that is special, its looks are pretty awesome too! Friday 28 August 2015Fender recently announced a number of new mandolins: the Concert Tone Mando Pack , Concert Tone FM52E , Concert Tone FM53S , Concert Tone FM63S and the Concert Tone FM63SE . The 53 series features the well-known classic teardrop shape, while the 63 series consists of gorgeous Baroque style mandolins. Furthermore, the E at the end of certain type numbers stands for 'electric', which means that besides the fully acoustic models, there are also electrical models available.
