General
The Perez 620 Cedro and the 610 Cedro share many of the same qualities. You'll find, however, that the 620 features bindings on both the front and the back of the body for added elegance. This nylon-string guitar has a solid cedar top for a warm overall sound with sweet trebles. It's also available with a spruce top (Abeto) if you'd prefer a brighter sound with more sparkle.
Perez 620 Cedro: solid cedar top
The Perez 620 Cedro has a standard 4/4 size, making it well suited for children from the age of 10, as well as for adults, of course. The solid top has a number of advantages compared to a laminated top, in that it provides more resonance for a fuller sound with more volume. A solid top also gives the guitar more sustain so your notes and chords ring out longer. Furthermore, the Cedro has a comfortable mahogany neck with a 19-fret rosewood fingerboard, and mahogany side/back provide for rich mids and a defined high.
Sleek finish and tasteful details
The Perez 620 Cedro has an outstanding price/quality ratio, making it a great choice for beginners, more advanced guitarists on a budged and (music) schools. The finish of this classical guitar simply radiates artisanship. Just like its bigger brothers, it has a tasteful, no-frills look with subtle decorations such as rosewood bindings and a colourful wooden rosette. The 620 Cedro is finished with a high-gloss lacquer and equipped with a set of rugged nickel-plated tuners.
