General
The Fender Educational series was issued to encourage young/starting guitarists to keep playing. This isn’t just any entry-level guitar, it is a worthy travel companion for venturing out into the world of acoustic guitar playing. Its tone, build quality and durability are a continuous source of inspiration. Even after you’ve moved on to expert levels, you will still be able to enjoy this Fender guitar.
Construction:
The spruce top of this guitar ensures a delightful, sparkling sound that is beautifully complemented by the agathis sides and back, plus the nato neck. The bolt-on nato neck has a 18-fret rosewood fretboard. Nato, like agathis, is an Asian wood type with properties similar to mahogany. Together with the rosewood fretboard, the nato and agathis add warm trebles to the sparkling sound of the spruce top. The guitar is beautifully finished with black bindings along the body and an elegant rosette.

My choice was down to Yamaha or Fender. Both are great guitars, but Yamaha was slightly more expensive. I read the reviews, compared some videos and found out that the neck of Fender is more slender (which is perfect since I have small hands) this guitar has matte color, it is nicely made, very neat and again...the price is perfect. I
