Mijn zoon volgt gitaarles. Hij had een 3/4 model maar in november zei men ons dat het tijd werd voor een groter model. Dat leek een goed geschenkidee voor de kerstperiode. Ik kocht dus een Alhambra 3C in november (zodat ik daar niet meer naar hoefde te zoeken in de drukke eindejaarsperiode). Bij ontvangst via de post keek ik de gitaar goed na en zag ik geen probleem. Dan 'verstopte' ik ze mooi om ze hem met Nieuwjaar te geven. Hij was er superblij mee. Deze week nam hij ze voor het eerst mee naar de muziekschool. Tijdens het oefenen stelde de leraar echter vast dat er een barst(je) in zat. Volgens haar gaat het om een fabricagefout (barst onder de brug) en zou het misschien om een afgekeurd of kwalitatief minder goed product gaan. Dat was misschien ook de reden voor de lagere prijs. Ik heb diezelfde avond de Bax klantendienst gecontacteerd maar ruilen of terugbetalen was niet mogelijk aangezien mijn klacht op de 61 ste dag (1 dag te laat!) binnenkwam. Mijn raad aan iedereen is dus: koop de gitaar niet te vroeg en laat ze door een 'expert' nakijken bij ontvangst. Achteraf klagen is te laat.
