General
With its piercing, trashy sound and medium sustain, the 17-inch Meinl Mb10 china cymbal is highly popular among drummers, orchestras and drum corps alike. Its shape, structure and size ensure that it has a nice and explosive attack. Drummers all over the world enjoy the china as an alternative to a crash cymbal, as it is an effective tool to liven up your music.
Curved edge for a trashy sound
The Mb10 China was manufactured and shaped through a computerised process. Its curved edge and the thickness of the bow create that raw explosive sound. Furthermore, it is made of B10 bronze, which consists of 90% copper and 10% tin. It was polished to give it a brilliant finish, which resulted in a modern, edgy look.
A complete assortment
Meinl is the only cymbal manufacturer to use four different bronze alloys in their cymbals. The Mb10 series has a warm, bright sound which perfectly complements the sound of the Mb8 and Mb12 series. This way, they can produce a wide range of cymbals and all segments complement each other.
