Made from B20 bronze alloy, the refined 18-inch Fazley CYM Century China has the unusual, two-tone texture created by a traditionally finished outer edge and brilliantly finished inner-edge. While it looks great, this specific finish has a dramatic effect on the sound.

The Fazley CYM Century China

In terms of sound, this China cymbal boasts surprising flexibility. The volume never gets too extreme, giving it a more friendly feel when compared to other chinas, while the initial attack is definitely solid and presence, but is immediately followed by a medium-to-short sustain that's packed with warmth and free of any bizarre resonance. The sharp attack slices through the on-stage mix without ever sounding too shrill, making it the perfect all-rounder for straight up pop and rock drumming.

Wrote the following about Fazley CYM Century China 18-inch Cymbal

J'ai déjà joué des années avec des chinas Zildjian China Boy K 17", Paiste 2000 China 20" et une China Raw 16" de Alchemy, soit du haut de gamme, et ma nouvelle acquisition n'a rien à leur envier. Elle a une belle attaque trash/mash avec le kick ou en même temps que la caisse claire. Le Sustain est clair et s'estompe tranquillement. très belle finition, et une épaisseur médium qui lui permet d'avoir du corps tout en étant subtile, pas toujours trop envahissante. Bref j'en suis très content. C'est un super deal pour une cymbale qui tend vers le haut de gamme.
Le traitement de la commande a été très rapide, et a été livrée en 3 jours.
Bref que du bonheur. A recommander vivement.

De winkel in Goes had net de nieuwe serie China bekkens van Fazley binnen toen ik er was. Alle modellen gelijk getest/ beluisterd.
De Fazley Century China sprong er voor mij uit en is een superbekken. Vette attack en een mild sustain welke heel mooi bij mijn kit past. Ook bij rustig bespelen komt er een hele mooi China sound uit met veel diepte. Echt een aanrader.
PS Ik speel een Ludwig Elements Black Rock met de 4 delige Fazley Classic bekkenset.
