General

The Epiphone Les Paul Express offers the same sound, look and feel of a full size LP in a smaller package. That makes it perfect for younger players or an excellent travelling companion! The LP Express has a mahogany body and a maple neck. The shorter scale length of 22 inches means that the frets are closer together which makes it easier to play complex chords. It also means that the string tension is slightly lower which makes it easier to press down the strings. The fixed bridge and Premium die-cast machine heads ensure excellent tuning stability. When it comes to amplified sound, this model won't let you down either as it's equipped with two humbuckers pickups as well as a 3-way pickup switch, volume and tone controls.
