If you are looking for a solid and fully up-to-date DJ set, this package of one Pioneer DJM-350 mixer and two CDJ-350 CD players is a winning combination. The players can handle both CDs and USB sticks. They can also function as a MIDI controller for your DJ software, serving as an audio interface. This set contains two of these fantastic players, as well as a DJM-350 DJ mixer.
CDJ-350 CD player
The Pioneer CDJ 350 is the successor of the famous CDJ 400. It is fitted with a USB port and works seamlessly with the Rekordbox music management software for DJs. Rekordbox is often described as 'iTunes for DJs', and rightly so! This software can be used to sort and play the music files on your computer and to make playlists for your DJ sets. It also enables you to analyse the BPM and other elements of your tracks, and to store data such as cue points, loop points, etc. before a performance. All this information, as well as your music files, can be easily transferred to the CDJ 350 by means of a simple USB mass storage device.

De DJM-350 is een handige mixer die zonder al teveel poespas toch goed is, ik hoor wel van mensen als je de BPM-lock gebruikt dat hij er soms 0,2 BPM naast kan zitten als je een nieuwe track inzet.
Ik vind dit een hele goede DJ-set, niet te ingewikkeld en geweldig om thuis te kunnen mixen en oefenen.
Voor mensen die gewend zijn om virtualdj te gebruiken is dit een geweldige opvolger.
Ik hoop dat ik met deze recensie genoeg heb overtuigt.

Ik was toch toe aan het echte werk dus heb ik deze set gekocht en ik ben er zeer tevreden over.
Via viritual dj en de console heb ik een ritmegevoel opgebouwt en dat merk ik dat het nou goed van pas komt.
Moet alleen nog wennen aan de beat lock maar dat komt allemaal vanzelf.
Het is een perfect setje om met je DJ carieére verder te gaan.
Want het is bijna hetzelfde als de anderen CDJ spelers van pioneer.

Zoals gezegd prima om te starten.
Ook het opnemen op USB is heel handig. Om je mix terug te beluisteren om te horen hoe je je overgangen kan verbeteren.
Let wel op als je deze mixer koop dat niet alle koptelefonen hier op werken. De Impedantie van de koptelefoon moet hoog zijn, hierdoor moet je helaas mestal een koptelefoon hebben die voor mix doeleinden gemaakt is.
Ook is het fijn dat je de BPM naar een bepaalde BPM kan zetten zodat als je een nieuw nummer laat hij hem ook automatisch laat op die BPM. Helaas heb ik wel het gevoel dat de BPM op de display soms niet klopt. Dan heb ik het niet over het getal maar over de 4 strepjes (_ _ _ _ ) om het punt op de beat aan te geven. Ook had het jog wiel wat vlotten gemogen.
Maar over het algemeen is dit een zeer goede spelen met zijn USB en USB PC mogelijkheid heel fijn is. ook kan je faderstart gebruiken dat voor radio of anderen gelegenheden heel fijn is als je mixer het onderstund. door de algemenen dj is federstart niet belangrijk.

NXS2 Series by Pioneer Now Works with Traktor

There was just one little thing: you could only use Pioneer's own Rekordbox with it. But now, that's all changed. The mixer is now fully compatible with Native Instrument's Traktor Scratch Pro 2, enabling seamless integration with your DVS. What's more, you can operate your tabletops via the USB-HID with Traktor Pro 2, including loops, waveforms and track info.
