General
The JICO Omnia J44A7 Aurora Cartridge features a moving-magnet setup and comes pre-fitted with a spherical diamond needle. The Shure equivalent of this model is the M44-7 and N44-7, but since the Omnia boasts a higher 3.5 to 4.5 gram tracking capacity, it makes it the ultimate cartridge for DJs and turntablists. When it comes to the sound, you're looking at a hefty dose of low-end, a high 8mv output and, above all, superior and consistent, reliable tracking. The stylus is even phosphorescent: expose it to light and it glows in the dark.
