General
The Performance 3 is the next step in the development of a very popular series of capos by G7th. This model is fitted with special ART padding, which adjusts itself to the strings and the fretboard radius while thanks to Unique Tension Control, it's easy to place the capo around the neck of an acoustic or electric guitar. It doesn't exert any more pressure than needed and equally distributes it over each of the strings to keep out any string buzz and rattling.

De G7th Performance 3 ART Gold is een sieraad voor mijn semi-klassieke gitaar, Epiphone. Maar bovenal biedt deze capo zoveel meer bedieningsgemak Het verplaatsen over de frets gaat eenvoudig en soepel. Losklikken, over de snaren bewegen en weer vastklikken. Geen geratel, het geluid klinkt spatzuiver. Niet goedkoop, dat niet, maar de prijs dubbel en dwars waard! Warm aanbevolen!

Vandaag deze capo ontvangen en heb hem toen direct getest. Tot nu toe is mijn ervaring zeer positief. In tegenstelling tot de capo's die ik in het verleden had, is de G7th Performance 3 de eerste die zonder veel moeite "buzz-free" speelt. Het enige wat ik moest doen was de capo iets meer aandrukken. Dit is een zeer gebruiksvriendelijke capo waarvan ik nog jaren plezier verwacht. Past perfect op mijn Seagull S6. De capo is zeker een aanrader!

Afgaande op het filmpje "Meet the NEW Performance 3 capo wit ART" van de heren Nick en Simon Campling kocht ik mij de G7th in goudkleurige uitvoering. Volgens hen is dit "The most advanced ever made capo and works on any of your guitars anywhere on the neck".
Gefopt Ja ! Op mijn Les Paul, geen probleem. Op mijn PR4E van Epiphone, geen probleem.
Kort geleden kocht ik mij echter een Ortega RCE159MN klassieke nylon gitaar met een nek van 52 mm breed. Groot Probleem ! De hoge E-snaar pakt hij dus niet ! Die designers vertellen dus dikke leugens! Niet kopen dus voor een klassieke nylonsnarige gitaar !

Doet wat t beloofd
Mooie toonzuiverheid en soepel en inspanningsloos verplaatsen.
Ondanks hoge prijs ben ik er erg positief over omdat je niet een lelijke klem zet maar een prachtig afgewerkt mechanisme.
Ziet er mooi uit , is simpel en werkt.
