General
Dunlop’s 83CN Acoustic Trigger is a solid, handy capo for steel-string guitars. This silver-coloured accessory allows you to raise the pitch of your guitar by one or several semitones. The trigger fits your hand nicely, clamps to the neck of your guitar securely and sliding to a different position is very easy. The 83 CN is meant specifically for acoustic guitars with a rounded neck. This makes it fit for almost any steel stringed guitar.
The nut of the Dunlop 83CN Trigger
Certain keys are hard to play on the guitar. Using a capo makes playing in difficult keys easier: you can play your piece of music in a nearby (easier) key and use the capo to raise the pitch to what you need it to be. A capo also comes in handy when you suddenly need to play a song in a different key than you rehearsed it in, or if you want to give your music an extra clear sound. Just clamp the capo around the right fret and you’re good to go.

Perfecte klemming van de snaren, zowel op akoestische gitaren als op elektrische gitaren.
Enige nadeel (denk ik, want nog niet ondervonden): de "lak" op de capo zal snel barsten vrees ik. Aan de scharnier heb ik belletjes (lijkt er toch op) gezien. Op zich is dit (voor mij) geen ramp, de werking blijft hetzelfde. En het ziet er dan meteen relic'd uit :)
