General

Sela's SE 112 Carton Cajon School Pack consists of 10 cajons made of sound-optimised cardboard! They not only sound surprisingly good, they're lightweight and robust too. Each one can bear a weight of up to 120 kg! The cajons are easy to assemble and because they measure 45 x 43 x 31 cm when set up, they're even suitable for adults. When disassembled, they fold down flat which makes them easy to store. These cajons sound as good as many entry-level models made of wood and have powerful bass with a distinctive snare sound provided by real snare wire.

The Tac Tic: 3-in-1 multi-percussion instrument

Sela dreamed up yet another fun add-on for percussionists with their Tac Tic. This simple-looking instrument is much more versatile than you might think. The Tac Tic is basically three instruments in one: a shaker, a jingle stick and a pair of castanets. You can even combine those instrument sounds.

Musikmesse 2016: New Cajons by Sela

Sela presented a number of new cajons at the annual Musikmesse trade show in Frankfurt, as well as a few existing models that have been given a makeover! Now, the popular Varios entry-level model is available with a gold front plate and it even comes in a 37cm-high miniature version, specially designed for the smallest percussionists among us. The most noteworthy of the new additions is without a doubt the CaSela Vintage series.
