For the development of these SE 036 Cajón Brushes, Sela worked closely with their own artists to find out more about usability and versatility. The result is a bundle of 250 thin, nylon rods in a wooden handle with a rubber grip. As far as weight goes, they're slightly heavier than comparable brushes made by other brands, which gives this pair more power and accentuated bass. By moving the rubber ring up or down, you can adjust the tension of the rods. The wider the angle, the softer the sound, allowing for plenty of variation.
