General

As you might've already guessed, Pearl's Jingle Cajon has a wooden playing surface fitted with two jingles that can be turned on, off or somewhere in between. The smaller of the two is a bright-sounding, tambourine-style jingle, while the larger jingle has a more convex, pandeiro-like form and packs more of a warm, rounded sound. Pearl have used fibreglass to shape the body and dense Asian pinewood to craft the playing surface and, on the inside, you'll find three sets of fixed snare wires for that typically crisp, authentic cajon sound. The PCJ-629-616 Jingle Cajon measures 31.75 x 31.75 x 47.6cm and comes mounted with rubber feet on the bottom to ensure optimal resonance and projection.
