General

The Ortega Performer Series OCJPF-2-L cajon can be played unplugged as well as plugged into an amplifier or PA system thanks to the built-in preamp and piezo pickup. What's more, you also have the option to hook up another instrument via the fitted link input, which simply passes on the signal instead of sticking it through the preamp. Polished off with a cedar playing surface, this gig-ready cajon features rounded corners and rounded thumb rest contours for optimum playing comfort, and has been made of Baltic birch to guarantee maximum strength and durability. This is the left-handed version, meaning the preamp controls have fitted on the left side of the cajon.
