If you want nothing but a crisp snare sound out of your cajon, then that's exactly what the Meinl Pickup Cajon Snare Tap offers. This 10 3/4 inch mini-cajon comes fitted with internal snare wires and can be teamed up with the Tom Tap to complete a full yet compact drum configuration made up of mini-cajons. The Cajon Snare Tap can be played by hand and with brushes or rods.

What also makes this wee cajon so special is the fitted pickup. Plug it into a PA via the standard 6.3mm jack output to get extra on-stage volume when playing larger acoustic shows, and adjust the output level using the side-mounted control knob.
