General
Every single Meinl Artisan Edition cajon bears a high quality build finished with stunning detail, and ever example, including the Tango Series cajons are hand crafted in Spain - even the Meinl AETLRF. This 7-ply, 9mm thick Baltic birch panelled box has two sets of three pre-tuned snare wires fitted to the back-side of the Red Fade playing surface, giving it a crisp and sharp snare response. Details like the rounded edges and stabilising rubber feet, meanwhile, ensure optimum playing comfort.
