Duende Classic Cajon

General

Duende developed the Classic cajon to deliver the true Spanish flamenco sound. To achieve this, they fitted it with a birch front plate and an okoume body, which work together to give it a dry yet deep sound. As two strings are arranged in a V-shape behind the frontplate, the Classic cajon delivers a much sharper snare sound than most other models.

Spanish craftsmanship

All Duende cajons are hand-crafted in Spain, meaning the level of quality is incredibly consistent. This particular model offers excellent response, meaning it's great for playing at subtle, low volumes, as well as more energetic purposes. It's particularly well suited to flamenco music, but it's a great all-round cajon as well!
